*Acute diarrhoea:* Adults: 3 sachets daily in 2-3 divided doses, mixed in a glass of water. In acute diarrhoea the initial dosage can be doubled. Children below 1 yr: 1 sachet daily; 1-2 yr:1-2 sachets daily; above 2 yr:2to 3 sachets daily in 2-3 divided dose.
