*Perennial or allergic rhinitis including hay fever:* Adults & Children 12 yrs: Initially 2 sprays in each nostril two times daily, if severe, max three times daily, reducing to minimum effective dose. Therapy should be continuous. Children 5-12 yrs: 1 spray in each nostril three times daily.
