📋 Indications & Clinical Dosage
*Endogenous eczema (atopic dermatitis, neurodermatitis), contacteczema, degenerative, dyshidrotic, vulgar eczema in children:*
Adults & Children: Apply thinly once daily; max duration 12 weeks in adult and 4 weeks in children.
⛔ Contraindications
Pregnancy, lactation, tuberculosis or syphilitic processes in the Area to be treated, acne, perioral dermatitis, widespread plaque psoriasis, rosacea, bacterial, fungal or viral skin lesions such as impetigo, paronychia, erysipelas, cellulitis, angular cheilitis, erythrasma, treatment of rosacea, peri-oral dermatitis or acne, use on face, groin or axilla(e.g. vaccinia, chickenpox, single),cushings syndrome, fungal infection, viral infection, herpes simplex keratitis, varicella
⚠️ Precautions & Warnings
Avoid prolonged use, keep away from eyes, under specialist supervision in psoriasis (can result in rebound relapse, development of generalized pustular psoriasis, and local and systemic toxicity). Do not use steroid as sole therapy in psoriasis. Do not use steroids to treat diaper dermatoses in infants. If local irritation develops discontinue use.
⚠️ Adverse Reactions / Side Effects
Burning, itching, irritation, erythema, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, pruritus, acneiform eruptions, hypo-pigmentation, peri-oral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, maceration of the skin, thinning of the skin (the original structure may never return),worsening of acne and rosacea, skin atrophy, striae, malaria, telangiectasia. Rare:Adrenal suppression, Cushings syndrome
