XICLONE

*Severe keratitis in dry eye disease that has not responded to treatment with tear substitutes:* Adult: Apply 1 drop once daily, to be applied to the affected eye(s) at bedtime, review treatment at least every 6 months. *Keratoconjunctivitis sicca:* Adults & Children 16 yrs:: Instill 1 drops in each eye every 12 hr.

Active or suspected ocular or periocular infection

Glaucoma, history of ocular herpes

Tacrolimus, other immunosuppressants, barbi-turates, carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, primidone, phenytoin, griseofulvin, trimethoprim, rifampicin, octreotide, orlistat, St. Johns Wort, macrolides, azole antifungals, calcium channel blockers, metoclopramide, oral contraceptives, danazol, allopurinol, amiodarone, ursodeoxycholic acid, protease inhibitors, imatinib, nephrotoxic drugs, NSAIDs, vaccines, digoxin, corticosteroids, statins, etoposide, col-chicine, K+-sparing diuretics, K+ supplement, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II antagonists, grapefruit juice, methotrexate, H2 blockers, propafenone, bromocriptine, doxycycline, chloroquine, sulfinpyrazone, terbinafine, bosentan, substrates of CYP3A4 and/or P-glycoprotein, repaglinide.

Abnormal vision, blurred vision, headache, local erythema, local irritation, local oedema, local pain, ocular hyperaemia, bacterial keratitis, blepharitis, chalazion, conjunctivitis, corneal decompensation, corneal infiltrates, corneal scar, eye discharge, herpes zoster (ophthalmic), iridocyclitis, keratitis, local pruritus, increased intraocular pressure
