📋 Indications & Clinical Dosage
*Ocular hypertension, chronic open angle glau-coma and some secondary glaucoma:*
Adults: 1 drop of 1% in the affected eye two times daily. If response inadequate use 1 drop of 2% in the affected eye two times daily.
⚠️ Precautions & Warnings
Sinus bradycardia, 2nd or 3rd degree AV block cardiogenic shock, right ventricular insufficiency due to pulmonary hypertension or congestive heart failure, diabetes.
⚠️ Adverse Reactions / Side Effects
Ocular irritation, itching, burning, pain, blurred vision, photophobia, xerosis, conjunctival dis-charge, corneal disorders, hyperaemia, vertigo, diffuse superficial keratitis, bradycardia, rash, bronchospasm, dyspnoea headache, lassitude.
