📋 Indications & Clinical Dosage
*Hay fever, rhinitis, urticaria and eczema with pruritus, and other allergic conditions:*
ORAL: Adults: Initially 1 tab of 25 mg 2-3 times daily or 1-2 measuring spoonful syrup 2-3 times daily; increased to 1 tab 50 mg 3 times daily from the second day of treatment onwards. In severe cases 1 tab of 75 mg after supper. Only in very resistant cases add 1 tab after breakfast.
Children1-3 yrs: 1/2 spoonful syrup 2-3 times daily; 4-12 yrs: 1 measuring spoonful 2-3 times daily.
BY IV OR IM INJ: Adults: 1/2-1 amp IV injection (1 ml/min) or IM once or twice a day.
Children6 months-3 yrs: 0.4-1 ml IM once or twice a day; above 4 yrs: 0.82 ml IM once or twice daily.

Hypersensitivity of pheniramine/prostatic hypertrophy, residual urine formation, narrow angle glaucomaand pregnancy.

🔄 Drug Interactions
CNS depressants, MAOls, alcohol.
⚠️ Adverse Reactions / Side Effects
Headache, drowsiness, impaired reactions, dryness of mouth, urine retention, increase in intraocular pressure, gastrointestinal upset, palpitation after high doses, hallucination, agitation and disorientation:
