📋 Indications & Clinical Dosage
*Amoebiasis, and other systemic disease due to other E. histolytica, giardiasis:*
Adults: 2 tab or 1 DS tab or 10-20 ml thrice daily for 5 days.
Children: 5-12 yrs: Half to one tab or 5-10 ml thrice daily for 5 days; 1-5 yrs: 5 ml thrice for 5 days. In refractory cases the treatment in adults and children can be continued for 10 days.
⚠️ Precautions & Warnings
CNS disorders, hepatic encephalopathy
🔄 Drug Interactions
Phenobarbitone, anticoagulants, lithium, alcohol.
⚠️ Adverse Reactions / Side Effects
Flatulence, pruritus, GI distress, urticaria, vomiting
🤰 Pregnancy & Lactation Safety
Pregnancy Risk:
