📋 Indications & Clinical Dosage
*Headache, Migraine, Backache, Neuralgia,Rheumatic and muscle pains:*
Adults: 2 tab up to 4 times daily, should not be re-peated more frequently than 4 hr. Max 8 tab daily. Children: Not recommended.
⚠️ Precautions & Warnings
Impaired hepatic function, body-weight under 50 kg, chronic alcohol consumption, chronic dehydration, chronic malnutrition, hepatocellular insufficiency, long-term use (especially in those who are malnourished). Before administering, check when paracetamol last administered and cumulative paracetamol dose over previous 24 hours,
🔄 Drug Interactions
Drugs which delay gastric emptying (e.g. antichol inergics, narcotics).
⚠️ Adverse Reactions / Side Effects
Cyanosis, skin eruptions, hypoglycaemia, CNS stimulations. Rare: Skin reactions, blood disorders, hepatoxicity (high dose), Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute Generalized exanthematous pustulosis, malaise, leucopenia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia.
