Cardiac risk factors or conditions which may affect left ventricular ejection fraction; monitor ECG before starting
treatment and monthly thereafter, worsening respiratory symptoms, indicative of interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis (including dyspnoea, cough, and fever, avoid in moderate to severe hepatic impairment; monitor for lipase and amylase elevations before starting treatment, and regularly thereafter as clinically indicated. monitor serum cholesterol and triglycerides before starting treatment, then at weeks 2, 4, and 8, and regularly thereafter, avoid in severe renal impairment.

Anaemia, anxiety, arthralgia, asthenia, behaviour abnormal, cognitive disorder, concentration impaired, confusion, constipation, delirium, dementia, depression, diarrhoea, dyslipidaemia, gait abnormal, hallucinations, headache, inflammation, learning disability, memory loss, mental impairment, mood altered, muscle weakness, myalgia, nausea, nerve disorders, neurotoxicity, oedema, pain, peroneal nerve palsy, respiratory disorders, speech impairment, vision disorders, vitreous floater, weight increased. Rare: Atrioventricular block.
