📋 Indications & Clinical Dosage

*Active immunization against hepatitis A:* BY IM INJ: Adults: Primary immunization: 1.0 ml (500 units) in the deltoid region. Booster: 1.0 ml (500 units), 6 months following initial dose. Children: 12 months-18 yrs: Primary immunization: 0.5 ml (250 Units) in the deltoid region. Booster: 0.5 ml (250 Units), 6 months following initial dose.

⛔ Contraindications

Severely immunosuppressed patients should not be given live vaccines (including those with severe primary immunodeficiency), Severe febrile infections

Acute or chronic diseases.

⚠️ Adverse Reactions / Side Effects

Fatigue, fever, GI disturbances, headache, irritability, loss of appetite, lymphangitis, malaise, myalgia, arthralgia, asthenia, dizziness, drowsiness, influenza-like symptoms, lymphadenopathy, paraesthesia, rash. Rare: Anaphylaxis, angioedema, bronchospasm, hypersensitivity reactions, urticaria
